Passports & Visas All visitors to St Eustatius require a valid passport and a return flight ticket. US, Canadian and British Citizens do not require a visa for short stays, but some nationalities do, so check before travelling. Birth Certificates and drivers licenses are no longer accepted for entry. |

Service Charge/Tipping A service charge of 10% or 15% is likely to be added to your bill. Waiters and bar staff should be tipped between 10 and 15% if a service charge has not already been included in the bill. For taxis and guides, tip at your own discretion. |

Telephone To telephone the island abroad dial +599 and then the seven digit Statian number beginning with 318. If phoning when on the island, dial all seven digits.
Telephone cards can be bought at the Post Office at Fiscal Road and can be used in most public telephones on the island.
If your hotel does not offer internet access in the rooms or a terminal then public internet access is available at the Public Library in Oranjestad. |
