From the Dominican Republic, you can fly to Cuba (Santo Domingo to Santiago de Cuba or Havana), to Puerto Rico (Santo Domingo to San Juan, alternatively by overnight ferry) and, indirectly and expensively via Miami, to Jamaica. This means a two or even three-centre holiday is feasible, but hardly worthwhile given the scale and fantastic contrasts within the Dominican Republic,
