A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm bookings and is non-refundable if cancelled within 16 weeks of arrival (unless a replacement booking is taken). Non refundable balance payable 35 days prior to arrival. A refundable (with no damage) villa damage deposit of US$1,000 applies to all bookings. |
