Key features: Distinctive executive Caribbean rental villa, cleverly built over separate levels, with good privacy and careful not to obscure the view. Wraparound balconies, large pool and sun-terrace, furnished rooftop pavilion, open-plan kitchen/sitting and dining room, spiral staircase to three bedrooms on level below, set in good tropical gardens. Sister property to Turtleback Pavilion below, a one-bedroom villa, can be taken together.
Children: Accepted but not suitable for toddlers
Staff: Daily maid service with cooking service available at extra cost. Complimentary meal on arrival

Rates are quoted in US$ per week, exclusive of service charge and are subject to change without notice. Nightly, pro rata rates for stays over 7 nights. Minimum rental is 7 nights, except during period 20 Dec-09 Jan when minimum rental is 14 nights.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm bookings and is non-refundable if cancelled within 16 weeks of arrival (unless a replacement booking is taken). Non refundable balance payable 35 days prior to arrival. A refundable (with no damage) villa damage deposit of US$1,000 applies to all bookings.
