Frigate Bay Resort is a friendly collection of self-catering apartments set on the hillside above Frigate Bay in St Kitts. It sits in brightly painted modern buildings around the large pool and bar. The apartments are individually owned but rented out in the manner of a hotel, and they have good flexibility, giving the option of regular bedroom or a studio up to a two-bedroom apartment. Rooms are comfortable, decorated in bright, modern Caribbean style and have all you need to look after yourself. Frigate Bay is easy-going and fairly quiet (there is just a small amount of entertainment in the winter) and it is not on the beach, but it is ideal for independent travellers who want a base near the heart of the action. It sees a good variety of families and some regional business travellers as well as couples and of course it is close to the main tourist heartland of Frigate Bay and all the activity of the bars, golf course and the beach for a Caribbean beach vacation.

The Beach: A short walk down pathway to Frigate Bay Beach (south) with watersports, beach bars
The Rooms: Four condominium blocks with 16 x two bedroom and 8 x one bedroom condominiums which can split into rooms, studios and suites.
Key features: Hillside Caribbean resort with 64 rooms in several buildings all together. Good for family Caribbean holidays. Rooms with cable TV, air-conditioning, fridges, internet access (DSL internet service available), coffee/tea makers, iron/ironing board and hairdryers, including self-catering studios and suites with full kitchens. Jasmines Restaurant and The Bistro, 24-hour front desk gift shop, 60 seat, air-conditioned conference room. Large swimming pool with swim-up bar, walk to beach, wedding packages, golf nearby.
