Bogles Round House is a family-owned bed and breakfast on sleepy Carriacou Island to the north of Grenada. It has just one two-bedroom and two one-bedroom timber frame cottages set in a pretty garden above the water on Sparrow Bay. The rooms are simple but they are clean, comfortable and self-contained (with kitchenettes) and there is a calm and tranquil atmosphere - only occasionally interrupted by Tom and Albert, the resident Labradors. Island activities are at hand – boat trips, bike hire, fishing. Snorkelling is right offshore and it is a five minute bus ride to Hillsborough. The Round House sees a happy mixture of exploring visitors, local fishermen en route to nearby rum shops and then evening diners at the delightful restaurant. An excellent hideaway in Caribbean family vacation cottages on a lovely small island.
Round House Restaurant – Roxanne Russell, owner of Bogles Round House and ‘Grenada Chef of the Year 2006/7’, captained the Grenada Culinary Team to a silver medal at Miami-based 'Taste of the Caribbean' in June 2007. She fuses fresh, local ingredients into international fare with a Carriacou twist in both the restaurant and the bakery. Her cooking is in hot demand. Reservations recommended.

Style: Timber-frame chattel houses with some classic Caribbean style including pitched roofs and jalousie windows, generally quite simple but clean. Relaxed and informal atmosphere by day, some evening activity around the Round House restaurant
The Beach: A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a small and secluded strip of sand, Sparrow Bay, great for snorkelling
The Rooms: One two-bedroom and two one-bedroom cottages, self-contained
