Anse Chastanet is one of Caribbean’s finest all round resorts. It offers a huge range of facilities, practically all things to all Caribbean travellers. Set on its own secluded, steep-sided cove on the protected Caribbean coast of St Lucia, it is ideal as a romantic retreat and quiet hideaway (it has been a writer's and artist’s retreat) and yet it also has the sports, a spa for the less active and can cater for weddings and much more. More importantly though, Anse Chastanet also has great charm (unlike so many over-slick and characterless Caribbean resorts). It is distinctly St Lucian, with a delightful staff and excellent, open-sided rooms that have some of the finest views in the Caribbean.
