Prendergast Villas is a small and well respected villa rental and management company located in Ocho Rios on the north coast of Jamaica. Operated by Clinece Prendergast and her daughter Jacky, the agency evolved out of a successful real estate business run by Clinece’s late husband. In fact the name Prendergast Real Estate is still used, but they now concentrate on villa management and rental services instead. They have a small portfolio of around 30 comfortable, family style properties around Ocho Rios, between Mammee Bay and Oracabessa, which are ideal for travellers seeking value for money and a true Jamaican villa holiday experience. Prendergast offers a friendly and traditional style of service, which is very hands on and which has grown out of more than 25 years of experience in the industry. They also have access to a few villa rental properties in Montego Bay as well.
